Hey loves! I have officially begun week two of my Postpartum/Health journey….so here I am with my weekly update! As you know, last week I gave a brief rundown of the lifestyle changes I would be making, as well as showing you weight at that time.

      This week I weigh in at 147.7 pounds which is a around 2 pounds less than last week. I’m feeling good now, however I must admit in the begining of the week….”WHEW CHILE”…the soreness! I WAS BEAT! Lol. I ended up only physically being able to work out 3 of the 7 days, however I stuck to all of my other “rules.” My diet has also been decent...of course fitting in one cheat day. Back to THE exercises I go! I am now on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day, doing 100 crunches, 100 lunges, & 50 ab slides. This is the workout load I am currently comfortable with and I intend on sticking to this until I feel my body needs to advance. 

    I am not too thrilled with the weightloss amount but its okay... you have to start somewhere lol! Physically & mentally I feel great and best of all my body doesn’t feel deprived of any of my guilty pleasure foods. I think this week I’ll lose more weight as my body is past the sore stage, and I should be able to workout at least 5 of the 7 days.
