HEALTH&LIFESTYLE: MY JOURNEY WEEK #3
Hey loves! I was hesitant to post about my update this week...I feel like it's getting redundant and I don't want to bore you all! I think I will start posting about my journey every 2 weeks starting today....so my next update about this will be on 9/18.
Anyway, I am now at 145.7 pounds. Still going strong. It hasn't been easy however I'm certain most of my weight loss is from me making simple lifestyle changes. As I stated before, I'm only allowing myself to drink 1 cup of juice a day and water for the remainder. I'm also not eating after 7:30-8:00pm. Those two little changes have me not only feeling refreshed...not dragging from all the sugary juices I used to drink but also energized as eating late tends to make me sluggish.
My diet has obviously been pretty light. Something that I've gotten back into eating are Acai Bowls. Tomorrow I will be posting a new VLOG of how I make mine at home.
Here is an example of a meal I eat for dinner:
-Grilled Tilapia: Seasonsed with a lemon herb rub
-Steamed Spinach: Seasoned with garlic, salt & pepper
-Roasted Asparagus: Seasoned with garlic salt & pepper
-Roasted Brocolli: Seasoned with garlic salt & pepper
-Steamed White Rice (wont be substituting my white rice for brown rice anytime soon lol)
